Welcome to the Department of Energy's reference tool for Operational Readiness Review (ORR) related documents, data, and links.

This website has been developed to improve the communication and the sharing of lessons learned regarding the conduct of Operational Readiness Reviews and Readiness Assessments (RA).

EH-2, as required by DOE 425.1C, receives the Plans-of-Action, Implementation Plans, Startup Notification Reports and Final Reports for ORRs and RAs for independent review for all program offices and field elements. Selected ORR and RA documents will continue to be posted on this website when the review is complete and the final report approved. Field elements can help support this website by providing their startup documentation in electronic form to mike.hillman@eh.doe.gov.

New Access Restrictions

Due to the sensitivity of the information on the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) Web Site, the Department of Energy (DOE) is limiting access to ORR documents. The ORR Web Site is available to personnel from the Department of Energy.
Due to heightened security requirements, it is necessary for all Operational Readiness Review (ORR) account holders to reapply for access. If you are from outside of DOE and require access to these documents, you may request an account online. If you encounter any problems during the online registration process, please contact the ES&H InfoCenter at 1-800-473-4375 or 301-903-8358. Please complete all required fields indicated by an asterisk. A user ID and password will be provided to approved account holders. Please allow several business days for your account request to be processed.
